You can purchase items on this site without creating an account. However, if you create an account, it may be easier to refer to your purchase history and other information in case of shipping, payment, or other problems, and it may be easier to resolve them.



Payment methods

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
  • Google Pay
  • Convenience store payment (Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart)
    *A separate payment fee of 190 yen will be charged.
    *Please make the payment at your designated convenience store within 5 days from the order date. The product will be shipped after the payment is confirmed. Please note that if the payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be cancelled.
    *Additionally, emails regarding payment at convenience stores will be sent from @komoju.com, so please check your domain reception settings.

Shipping charges

A flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included) is charged nationwide. However, if you purchase from "Tenso", "Tenso" will separately charge you for international shipping.

*Special shipping fees may be charged for large products, etc.

Shipping policy

We ship via "Tenso". If the product is in stock, it will be shipped in approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

*If you account for products with different shipping times, such as pre-order products, in-stock order products, and regular in-stock products, at the same time, they will be shipped separately at different times. Therefore, you will be asked to pay for the shipping cost for the number of orders.
*Please note that regardless of the order order, the shipping order may change depending on the contents of the order.
*We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Cancellation, returns, and exchanges

In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been placed.
Returns and exchanges due to defective or faulty merchandise will be accepted only within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Shipping costs for exchanging defective items will be borne by our company.
Customers who wish to return or exchange an item must contact us in advance via the inquiry form. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notification. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

*Please include your name, product name, purchase date and time, and order number.
*If you choose to pay at a convenience store and need a refund, the refund will be made by bank transfer and the convenience store transaction fee will not be included in the refund.
*Please note that we do not respond to inquiries by phone. 


Order completion email

When you make a purchase on this site, an order completion e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you created your account or made your purchase. If you do not receive the email, please contact us using the inquiry form.
