Terms of service

The +1F Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") stipulate the conditions of provision and other matters related to the service operated by CELLORB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") under the name "+1F" (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this service.

Article 1 (Definitions)

The words used in these terms shall be defined as follows:

  1. "Service member" is defined as a person who, after agreeing to these terms, applies for membership in accordance with the method separately specified by our company, and whose membership is approved by our company.
  2. "Individual terms" refer to the terms, guidelines, policies and other conditions separately specified within this service.
  3. "Member registration information" refers to all information that a member of this service registers, posts, transmits, displays, or publishes within this service.

Article 2 (Changes to terms)

Our company may modify these terms and individual terms by notifying of the content and timing of the changes. When changes are made to these terms or individual terms, all matters related to this service will be governed by the revised terms.

Article 3 (Membership for this service)

If a person who wishes to become a service member is a minor, consent must be obtained from a parent or other legal guardian.

Service members shall use this service in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If individual terms are set forth within this service, service members shall use this service in accordance with these terms and the individual terms. If there is a discrepancy between the contents of these terms and the individual terms, the contents of the individual terms shall take precedence.

Service members may not allow a third party to use their membership in this service, or lend, transfer, buy, sell, pawn, etc.

Article 4 (Member registration information)

Service members are responsible for the member registration information they have registered, and the Company shall not be liable for any troubles arising from the inability to deliver products or other issues caused by incorrect member registration information.

Article 5 (Certification)

Service members shall manage their IDs and passwords (collectively referred to as "IDs, etc.") and other member registration information at their own risk, and our company shall not be held responsible for such management.

If the ID or other details of service members are entered into this service, we will consider it to be used by service members.

If service members become aware of the theft or unauthorized use of their ID or other information, they must immediately notify our company. In such cases, they should follow any instructions provided by our company.

If damage occurs to a member of this service or a third party due to insufficient management of IDs, erroneous use, use by a third party, etc., the member of this service shall bear the responsibility and the Company shall not bear any responsibility. Furthermore, if damage occurs to the Company due to unauthorized use of IDs, etc., the member of this service shall compensate the Company for such damage.

Article 6 (Suspension and cancellation of service membership)

If a service member falls under any of the following, our company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the member's membership without notice to the member.

  1. If it is discovered that the member registration information is false
  2. If there are duplicate membership registrations
  3. If more than one year has passed without using this service
  4. If our company determines that a service member has caused undue inconvenience to other service members
  5. In the event of a violation of these terms or individual terms
  6. When damage is caused to our company
  7. If our company is unable to contact
  8. If payment by a service member becomes impossible
  9. Any other case in which our company determines that the service member is inappropriate to be a service member

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

Service members shall not engage in any of the following acts in connection with this service.

  1. Actions that violate or may violate laws, ordinances, or these terms
  2. Actions that may offend public order and morals
  3. Actions that commit or encourage crimes
  4. Acts that use this service for commercial purposes without our company's permission
  5. Acts that may benefit or disadvantage specific individuals or organizations by spreading slander, libel, false information, or personal information
  6. Acts of purchasing products for the purpose of resale to a third party
  7. Actions that place a significant load on the server to which this service is connected
  8. Criticism, abusive language, threats, or other acts against our company in public, acts that interfere with the operation of this service, or acts that damage the interests of our company
  9. Duplication, alteration, falsification, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or other acts of analysis or deciphering of the contents provided by this service, in whole or in part

Article 8 (Conditions for provision of this service)

This service may be temporarily suspended or the contents of this service may be altered without notice to service members due to maintenance or other circumstances beyond our company's control.

Our company does not guarantee that this service will not be interrupted, suspended, or otherwise impaired.

Our company shall not be liable for any suspension or modification of this service with or without prior notice. Even if this service is suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, this company shall not compensate for any loss of member registration information or other damage.

This company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a service member due to the loss or forgetting of registration information.

Our company will use a delivery company affiliated with our company to deliver products, etc. to service members in accordance with member registration information. Matters related to delivery shall be in accordance with the conditions separately stipulated by the delivery company.

Shipping and other delivery charges shall be borne by the service member in accordance with the individual terms, unless otherwise specified.

The service member shall be responsible for providing the equipment and communication means necessary to use this service at his/her own expense and responsibility.

Article 9 (Liability of our company)

Our company shall not compensate for any damages incurred by service members as a result of actions taken by our company due to reasons attributable to service members.

Our company shall not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, certainty, or usefulness of the contents of this service, or information obtained by service members through this service.

Service members shall use this service within the scope of the law. Our company shall not be liable for any infringement of Japanese or foreign law by service members in connection with their use of this Service.

In the event that our company's liability is not stipulated in these terms, and the service member suffers damages due to reasons attributable to our company, our company shall compensate for such damages up to 10,000 JPY.

If our company causes damage to a service member due to our company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, our company shall compensate for such damage.

Our company will not be involved in any problems that occur between service members or between service members and other third parties in relation to this service. Therefore, these problems shall be resolved through discussion and litigation between the parties concerned.

Our company shall not be liable for any damage or loss of a service member's membership registration information or any information recorded by the service member on this service as a result of the service member's withdrawal from this service.

Article 10 (Notification from our company)

Notification from our company shall be made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address registered with our company or by a method of notification using the features of this service provided by our company, and notification by e-mail or by the features of this service shall be deemed to have arrived at the time when it should normally have arrived.

Article 11 (Discontinuation of this service)

Our company may discontinue this service at any time for its own convenience.

Article 12 (Withdrawal of membership)

Service members may cancel their membership at any time in accordance with methods separately determined by our company.

Article 13 (Governing law)

This service and other terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 14 (Jurisdiction)

The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial of any disputes related to this service.
